Corporate Calendar Missing

Prior to the update, I had a corporate calendar that I had synced with my Microsoft Outlook calendar at work. It is no longer there. Any idea how I can get it back?

You can't. The corporate calendar has been integrated with the native calendaring app. You can now manage the corporate calendar along with any Google calendars you might use.
In my opinion it is much better now than it was with separate apps.
