Corporate Sync no longer works

I recently upgraded my phone to run gingerbread, and now corporate email doesn't work. I've tried hard reseting my phone, and even factory reset it. I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall the corporate email account a number of times, but nothing has helped.
I can set up the corporate email without any problmes, but when I try to view messages I get an account error and a connection error.
