My daughter who is going to college in Swarthmore,. PA has really poor coverage. Although the coverage maps for 3G and 4G show that it should be great, She has to stand next to her room window to make any phone calls. Or be walking outside the building.. This true for much of the college campus as well.
Are there any plans to all more cell sites in the area of Swarthmore College?
