D X transfer file from phome sd card to pc

I have folder with docs , pdfs ,etc on phone

How do I put the folder in the sd card so I can then save it on the pc

How do I reverse pc to sd to phone

i added folders to the card and drag/dropped entire pic folders and copied music from windows media player to device/phone and haven't needed to do the same from phone to pc.

 

music and pics are saved to the card.

 

i don't do any docs/pdf's so i'm not sure if it's the same.

Since you don't have access to the internal storage, your folder is already on your SD card.

Connect your device to your PC with the USB cable. Hit the menu hard key, then notifications. Change to USB mass storage.

Now your device will show up as a flash drive on your PC, drag and drop.

Thanks everyone for your input!

 

You will need to enable USB Mass Storage on your phone when you connect it to the computer. Here is a link with the instructions. http://support.vzw.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=33714. You can then view files on the phone and SD card through Windows Explorer and drag and drop files to/from the computer and the SD card.
