I downloaded the update 3 times now, and when my device reboots the unpack starts then I get an Exclimation point, by phone reboots and I get a message that the update failed.
Has this happend to anyone else? and is there a work arround/solution?

Just for fun I decided to perform a factory reset on the phone and try again. Still didn't work.
My phone has been downloading the update for the last 12 hours. I can't get it to stop.
Me too, I downloaded over 3g and wifi, installed plugged in and not plugged in.
I have now been to a Verizon store where THEY were unable to figure out what was going on... wasted three hours yesterday on my own and an hour and a half today at the store. The best the guys at the store could come up with was that this is another instance (according to them, and based on their own experience) where an upgrade is being pushed but doesn't download as a full upgrade... in most cases, apparently, not including the .exe file. If there is a solution and Verizon doesn't want us to know it, what is this forum for?
