When I plug my DINC2 into my computer (WIn7 64), I get a message saying I need to install the TL-bootsrap.exe program, which installs VCast manager, but nothing else happens. VCast doesn't recognize the phone and nothing happens on the phone.
Any suggestions?
I shoudl also say that I've tried unmounting and formatting the SD card to no effect, and that I've tried both setting the default "connect to PC" setting as Disk Drive and also using the "ask every time" option. Neither has any effect.
