After every incoming call I get on my Droid X, DLNA pops up. I don't use DLNA. But I cannot stop it from popping up which it does without any interaction from me. Since I cannot delete it from the phone (which I'd like to do) and since it has no settings to configure to stop it from executing, how can I get it to stop loading after phone calls?

If this is happening on the current software update, there could be a way of clearing it out. Instead of master resetting the device (also an option if these steps don't work), try clearing the cache on a few related applications.
Go to setting> applications> manage applications> all. Clear cache/data/force stops on the following applications: Dialer, Dialer Storage, DLNA, and Phone. Remove the battery after doing this. Retest this and see if it resolved the issues with DLNA popping up.
If this does not can someone try a master reset (steps) to see if this resolves the issue if the above steps do not? Please post the results. I researched this as much as possible, but I haven't noticed a common trend.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and please follow up with the results.

If you're talking about what I think you're talking about, you should be able to go to the notifications pull down and tell it to stop notifiying you.

DLNA is for streaming media to and from other devices. If it's popping up it would be because either an app you are using is attempting to use it, or you have your phone setup as a DLNA device.

Did you upgrade to the latest software version for your Droid X?
If you have not upgraded to Gingerbread software please follow the link below for details about software upgrade, as having the latest software version available for your phone may resolve the DLNA issue outlined on your post.

I have this same problem. This started after the last update I downloaded. Never had this problem before that.
This is currently what my About Phone says:
System Version: 4.5.596.MB810.Verizon.en.US
Android version: 2.3.3
Baseband version: BP_C_01.09.12P
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9-g34b306dqgd748@il93lnxdroid09 #1
Build number: 4.5.1_57_DX5-26
ERI version: 5
PRL version: 52031
The issue does not seem to occur when I place a call, only when someone calls me does the DLNA show up. It even becomes the curent open app. Which means I have to close out of it before I can hang up the current call.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

This problem started happening on my phone after the latest update. The DLNA screen appears as soon as I answer the phone and I have to cancel it and fumble around to get to the dialer. Very annoying.
I have cleared all caches.

Same problem. Have cleared all caches as instructed in the "solution". Not a solution.
Had the same issue with Double twist app. Uninstalled that but still have DLNA coming up in a phone call. Have to cancel that to end a phone call!
Started after my recent droidx update.
