My phone froze as it seems to do often. I reset the phone and now it randomly clicks and opens apps. I restared the phone again and all the icons are gone. So I did a factory reset. After 2 days the phone again is click randomly and now all my widgets/icons are gone again. Any suggestions. This is extremely frustrating!
