This has torned out to be the worst phone EVER!!!! My daughter has had hers for a very short time. We went to the Verizon store to see what could be done. The salesman told us that because the problems were technical and dthe phone was stwiill under warrenty, she was entitled to a BRAND NEW PHONE. Well when this new phone arrived 2 days later, it was labeled "ilke new, refurbished" This phone had more problems than the first one.....within the first hour, it shut down and rebooted 4 times. After calling Verizon yet again, they are now sending her another phone, hopefully this one
