DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CLEAR THE VM ICON? SINCE THE LAST UPDATE I CONTINUOUSLY SHOW THE ICON....EVEN AFTER CLEARING ALL VM....
I CAN FIND NO SETTINGS ETC TO CONTROL/TURN ON/OFF ETC THIS ICON.
ONE LAST THING...ITS PRETTY FUNNY THAT WHEN YOU RUN SPELL CHECK ON A POSTING....ITS SAYS DROID IS SPELLED WRONG...WAY TO GO VERIZON....

I can certainly assist you with your voice mail icon. May I ask what software version do you have on your Droid 2 Global? Also, do you have any saved voice mail? Although you stated that you have cleared all of your voice mail, I would recommend accessing it again. Once you are in your voice mail, end the session by pressing the * key on the keypad to end the voice mail session. The device will end the call without you having to press end on the key pad. Once the device returns to the main screen, please verify if the voice mail icon is still present. If it is then please send me a private message with your full name, mobile number, and a summary of what was done to resolve the issue.
