I just turned on my new droid Incredible 2 and tryed to Activate it and a Verizon data widget came up and it sayed new data widget is available you can't clear it out what should I do

i am being told by my phone that I need the PUK code and it is not working nor do I know what it is. Where did i get it to begin with and why is it so hard to figure out? If there is an employee that can help me out i would be very thankful!

and dont tell me to call someone because I do not want to talk to a foreigner and not understand a sing word that they have to say. I deal with that enough in college

the puk code is on your account you have to call, if you never set up your phone for global you might run into some problems
if you dont need your phone for global take the sim card out and do *228 and your phone will be working again, but you will need another sim card before you go international

Hi lroweton,
I understand your concern regarding the phone giving you the message that you need a PUK code. This is something that is only used with global devices. You listed your device as a Droid Incredible, which is not a global device. In case you have recently switched to a global phone, I can assist you with the code you need. You can log in to your My Verizon account and get the code by following these steps.
Sign in to My Verizon.
Locate the I Want To... section of the home page.
Select More Actions.
Select Phone Details in the PROFILE column.
Select Unlock SIM (PUK) Now. The Default PIN and Personal Unblocking Key display.
If you receive an error message that you have been locked out, you can try getting it replaced at a store, depending on if the store has any in stock, or you can send me a PM with your name, mobile number, and a contact number. I can then reach out to you and order a SIM card.

I don't have the opposition to get my camcorder to switch from the back to the front, when I go to the settings there is no option. Can it be fixed?Or updated?
