What's the deal with buy one get one free. Pay full price month to month with the phone as an early upgrade and part of my family plan and no free phone. Yet half price separate pan and free phone. Very confusing and for a very long time VzW user this does not inspire customer first treatment.

Your question is very confusing, too, to the point that I am unsure what you are actually asking.
For the BOGO offer, you either have to have 2 lines eligible for a discounted upgrade, 1 line eligible and add another line, or add 2 lines. For each of the phones you get, you will have to sign 2 yr contracts. You will also have to have data plans of at least $15/month on each line.

I have new every 2 years and one phone is available for upgrade in Feb 2011. I didn't want to wait, the Incredible is a Christmas present for my wife, an upgrade for her Motorola Adventure™ V750. I have have 2 lines and data plans and I just upgraded to my DROID X a few months ago. It is just disappointing that long time customers get no dealt while new customers get them.

No. The phone I want to upgrade I've had for almost 2 years.

Long time customers get these deals just fine. You just have to wait until you are eligible like everyone else. If Verizon lets you upgrade 2 months early, why can't I? Why not 4 months early, or 6 months, or 8 months. Either wait until you are eligible or pay full price.
