DROID X DELETED MY GMAIL PASSWORD?! PLEASE HELP -APPS WONT WORK WITHOUT GMAIL!

i HAVE A DROID X THAT RECENTLY FOR SOME REASON THE GMAIL PASSWORD MYSTERIOUSLY GOT DELETED AND I TRIED TO LOG IN, BUT I DONT REMEMBER THE PASSWORD.  WITHOUT GMAIL LOGIN, ALOT OF APPS WONT WORK NOW, AND THERE IS NO WAY TO RESET PASSWORD IN THE DEVICE.  MY WORK RESTRICTS THE GMAIL WEBSITE TO RESET THE PASSWORD, DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A WAY TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!  ANOYING!!!!!!

Might want to lay off the caffeine and the caps lock :smileyvery-happy:.... gMail just don't delete passwords and there should be only a few apps that should not function because you are not logged into Google....


Have you went to site (https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery?continue=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F&hl=en) and place email address, if you only lost passwordjust open gmail app >> Left menu button >> select accounts and it will show you your account email address, enter that on site and the follow the instructions to reset.

 

 

Oh by the way you can do this through you browser on your phone if job wont allow you to access this page.
