I purchased my droid in January of 2010. I've had a replacement phone because of some tech. issues.
I still have the one year warranty and insurance on it.
I went into the verizon store in my area because the speaker on the back of the droid is cracked. I can push in on the speaker and its really close to breaking into a little piece.
The guy at the store told me they couldnt replace it there and there was nothing they could do. Im guessing I have to go through insurance? I really hate to spend 50 bucks for a phone thats going to be refurbished.
do i have any other options?
Craig's list or ebay. And FWIW, i think the deductible on smartphones is $100
