My phone just stopped working this morning. Reception bad but not? Okay, so here's what I know.
I know my phone normally picks up a 3G connection where I sit here at work. I haven't had the 3G all morning from home all the way here. The guy that sits across from me here at work has a 4G connection and is doing fine right at this moment.
I can make phone calls. I can send and receive regular plain texts. I cannot send media texts (text w/ pics) nor access the net at all. My WIFI is turned off. My data limit (while presumably unlimited) is only up to 400something megs at this time.
Please share any ideas you have on how to troubleshoot this or find more help on the matter. Thank you!
