Day6: Finally Android 2.2 Froyo has arrived this morning

Finally after relentlessly waiting for 144 hours Android 2.2 has landed on my phone. Feels like I won the lottery.
Linpack test:  32.206 (up from 8.9) MFLOPS
ESPN 3 – Working,  watched FIBA
Video Camera Resolution:  720p (1280x720)
3G Hot Spot Added:  $20 per month extra
HTC Flash Light:

Total time to update:  Around 12 minutes

Process it went through:

Once I click install update

  • system booted and started downloading updates, Time to download : Around 4 minutes
  • system booted and started installing updates: time around 5 minutes: it was stuck for like a minute on One eye and 2 dots on right, but later I saw light on the menu button below
  • once on, it started updating HTC apps I guess from 1 to 100% , time like 3 minutes

And here we go, My HTC incredible with Android 2.2
