Deleting Downloads

How do I delete downloads from Phone Storage and SD Card?

You can use the usb cable attached to a computer, or via the phone using an app. I use an app call File Manager.

Thank you very much. I downloaded filemanager app and was easily able to figure out how to delete from SD Card but still cannot figure out how to delete from phone storage?? Thx

You can do it from the app just open MY PHONE.
