Deleting google bookmarks

Someone already asked this and the answer referred them to the user guide to do a search one this, but it is not covered in the manual as far as I have found. So has anyone actually managed to delete a bookmark once its marked?

Yes. All that you have to do is go to the bookmarks and long press the bookmark that you don't want and a menu comes up with options of which one is delete.
