This doesn't make sense to me. I have "Vibrate when typing" and "Haptic feedback" turned off. The screen stll vibrates when I dial a call. Can't that be turned off?
Make sure your Haptic Feedback is turned off. Also, make sure Vibrate Key Press is also turned off. Vibrate Key Press can also cause the dial pad to vibrate.
