Different MicroSD Cards

I've seen both micro sd and micro sdhc cards around. does it matter which one i pick up for an Incredible?  I was looking on ebay for a 16gb card and saw price ranges from $15 to $50 and couldnt tell the difference.  Are the higher auctions just looking to take advantage of people, or is there an actual difference? Or can I just pick up the cheapest possible micro sd card?

I think there are "classes" to the SD cards.  I'm not sure as I have never used one these cards yet but it seems the classes go like this:

Class 1

Class 2

Class 3

etc

etc

Class 1 I think has lower data transfer times then a Class 2 or 3.  Therefore, the higher the class, the better the data transfer (and quality I suppose).  Not sure about the micro sd and micro sdhc question though.
