This is probably a pretty basic question, but I do not want my phone's display to turn off during phone calls. It is tres annoying to have to shake my phone to enter keypad information during calls. I cannot find any instructions as to how to turn that feature off. Any help would be appreciated.

If your display doesn't turn off during calls, then you are going to be constantly pushing buttons with your face.
You shouldn't have to "shake" the phone, but just lay it flat and wait a second and the screen should come on.

It would probably also be tres annoying to accidently hit the "End Call" button with your cheek during a call.

Unfortunately, there is no way to alter that setting. It is working as designed. There is a sensor that turns off the screen, so that the keys won't be pressed accidentally.
