Just wondering if when on the internet on a smartphone if it uses up minutes?
i have unlimited data but only 700 minutes?

No, it shouldn't use minutes. Internet just uses your data which should be covered in the plan. You will probably only use up minutes if you call landlines, if you don't have the free Mobile-to-Mobile feature into your plan.
