When I check for new updates, I am told that one is available. However, when I click "OK" I receive a message that says "Error: Download Failed". Anyone else seeing this? Anyone know how to correct it? I really don't want to go through a factory reset!

With no help from Verizon as they just told me over the phone to do a factory reset, I finally found a solution to this issue!

I have tried using wifi on three different ISP's and it still doesn't work. I have turned off Mobile Networks and tried WIFI only as well. I simply do not understand what is going on here and really wish I could figure this out.

You can not download official software updates from verizon on Wifi. They must be downloaded using phone connection. Please be prepared to search for the correct solution and be open to the advice of others.
