You know you don't need to use Media Share to transfer pics/videos/music, right?  Media Share requires DLNA support installed on your computer ...  Personally, I have never had luck getting that to work - probably because I have an outdated Windows XP computer.  However, if all you wish to do is transfer stuff, all you have to do is plug the USB cable into your PC and it will apear as a fixed drive letter for you to "manage" like you would other files & directories.  You of course need the MOTO driver installed on your computer.  When you plug your USB connection in, the phone will have 2 things come up :  USB Connection and Media Share. Just swipe down on the top bar and select the USB connection item - then set it to PC mode.

if you're hung up on wantting Media Share, you need to set up DLNA support on your computer.

Does this help?

Two things you should know. First, if your computer is a 64 bit computer, as most laptops are, Media Share will not work. For now, it only works with 32 bit systems. Second, once you tether your mobile phone to the computer, your memory card is unseeable. It does become a new drive on your computer and you can see your card when you click on it.
