I have had my phone for about 2-3 months and I have absolutely no problems with it up until now. A few days ago the auto focus on my camera just stopped working. Instead of getting a green box - all I get is the red box and blurry pictures. I have done a battery pull and a factory reset and nothing has worked. Any suggestions would be great because this is getting a little annoying. I would take it to a Verizon store but I really don't want to get my new phone replaced with a refurbished one. If I can fix this problem on my current phone that would be great!

I had the exact same thing happen to me as well.
I tried every setting. then a factory reset.
Then tech support looked at it...
Verizon said they didnt know what it was but will replace the unit for me.
New one works fine.

Thanks for the response. I guess that is what I am going to have to do. My only concern is that they are going to try and give me a refurbished one which I really don't want. Guess I will make a trip to Verzion tonight and see what they say.

As with any NEW technology there are flaws and bugs. Look at all them recalls in the Windows XP, automotive and child toys.
I have yet to find NEW Tech with out a recall or bug of some sort.
Seems like the companies are just pushing out new products without fully testing them.
I would go back to the store and try again. When the BOLDER first came out I had to exchange six times before I got a good one. (not a great one). The replacement still had problems, but it wasn't in the functions that I used, so I lived with it.
Keep changing till you find one that works. Of course the choice is yours if you want to do that.
