Try adding the account with the steps below. Hope this helps!
- Open Applications tray back up with Home button, select My Accountsapplication
- Any accounts you have previously set-up will be listed.
- Select Add Account
- You will be at the Set-Up accountsmenu with several other social network icons.
- Select the Social Networking service you wish to add (ie: Twitter, Facebook or MySpace).
During initial set-up of any account, you will need to sign a Motorola Service agreement that will allow the handset to sync with those accounts. If you signed this during initial handset set-up you will not get another agreement notification.
Open Applications tray back up with Home button, get back to Social Networking application
After you have set-up a social networking account, your handset will sync to those accounts and you will see all the updates and status notifications from all your networks.
