Droid 2 Global Finds but cannot connect to Droid CommandOne Bluetooth

Hey All,

Ever since my D2G got the 2.3.3 Android OS, my CommandOne will not connect. Eventually, my D2G will not find the device at all if I delete the pair. Does anyone else have this issue with other bluetooth headsets or is it just the CommandOne having this issue?

Hi MeInReverie,

I understand how frustrating it could be not being able to pair Bluetooth devices. Please keep in mind that any major Operating System upgrade may result in some conflicts with previous applications and devices connectivity profiles. Historically, a Factory Reset resolves such conflicts and connectivity issues. Please keep in mind that performing a hard reset will remove ALL data including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings, and downloaded applications.
