Droid 2 Global activation issues.

I got this phone to replace my Droid 2. When I received it, I noticed that there's broken pixels that stay blue. Apart from that, I am having absolutely no luck activating my phone. Customer support told me straight up that there's nothing that they can do for me, and she was rather rude about it. This whole situation is stressing me out, because I NEED MY PHONE. I'm ABSOLUTELY NOT going to put up with this nonsense for too much longer. I've never been happy with Verizon, or their services. If I don't get help, I'm dropping the account.
