I installed Motorola Media Link on my Win7 64-bit system. I created a Droid playlist in iTunes 9.2. When I connect my Droid 2 with the USB cable, Motorola Media Link doesn't see any iTunes playlists even though I have the Linking setting Link to iTunes selected. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

It may be a software problem with your application. Try to delete the application then re-install it. Once you do this it should resolve your problem. Hope this helps.

Which application? I just installed Media Link and uninstalling iTunes is not a good idea.

I think my problem is partially at least because my iTunes library is not in the default location. When I point Media Link to F:\Kent\itunes I see my more than 3000 songs but I still don't see playlists. Any suggestions would be appreciated - other than re-install the app. I already got that one.

The problem is in fact between the MediaLink installed on your computer not on the phone or iTunes library. There is a fix for this however. Uninstall Medialink then re-install it. To install Media Link on Windows 7, right click on the installer program, under the compatibility tab "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows Vista Service Pack 1" and click OK. Right click on the installer program again and select "Run as administrator." Once you have done this it should work correctly. Hope this helps.
