For three days I was having trouble with a fraction of my screen, when I press the screen to the far left, nothing with work. Then today when I was chaining the ringtone and now wants to keep clicking the same spot I clicked.
Tfry, thanks for your inquiry. It sounds like this may be a hardware issue. I would suggest first trying to pull the battery, leave out for 3 seconds. Once back on, try the touchscreen again in different applications. If you are still having the issue, the phone will need to be replaced. I can assist you with your options.
