Droid 2 email question

I added my charter email account to my Droid 2. My emails go to my Droid but they no longer go into Outlook on my computer. I want the email to go to both Outlook on my computer and to my Droid 2. Does anyone know if there is a way I can change the settings for this?

The following settings should ensure that the charter email is set up correctly.

Mail Type: POP
Incoming Mail Server: mail.charterinternet.com
Username: myusername@charter.net (first part of your email address do not omit the @charter.net)
Password: whatever the password is to access the charter email account
Port: 110
Encryption: None

Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.charterinternet.com
Authentication: ON
Username: myusername@charter.net (first part of your email address do not omit the @charter.net)
Password: whatever the password is to access the charter email account
Port: 25
Encryption: none"
