Droid 2 error saving ringtone

Has anyone gotten info on a fix for saving ringtones purchased from verizon website and sent via text message?

I have been trying to get a fix from tech support but we can't figure out why the phone won't save the ringtone. Also the files on my SD card that were ringtones are now unreadable files now that I did a master reset. Help appreciated! Thanks! My phone will save and play ringtones from aftermarket apps just not the ones I paid for from Verizon!!

I am having the same issues with ringtones, purchased through Verizon. I have two of them saved in my text messages, and every couple of days I try to download them and get an error message. Wish I could help you. If you find the solutions let me know. thx j

I am having the same issues with ringtones. I just purchased 3 ringtones and have them in a text message but get the same error message when i try to save the ringtone. Please help. Thanks.
