Greetings,
I have a Droid 2 (not global) and 32 bit windows 7 service pack 1.
Last night i fell asleep with my laptop off the charger and my droid 2 connected to said laptop via default USB cord. I've been connecting to my pc for about 2 weeks now with no problems, today i wake up and neither the computer nor the phone will recognize each other when connected, the phone acts like its not connected to anything and the battery is discharging and the computer never pops up anything whatsoever.
so far ive:
synced the phone
Updated computer
updated drivers from motorola website (5.0)
installed said drivers
reset both my phone and compuer multiple times durring this evolution
any other suggestions would be greatly apreciated, thanks

Hello orlandeau88,
I would like to make a suggestion, depending on what it is you are trying to do when connecting your Droid 2 with your computer, when connected make sure you change the USB Connection to USB Mass Storage so the computer recognizes the phone as an external storage device.
I am including a link for transferring music files, however, you would be able to sync other media files the same way. The link includes screen shots.
Transfer Music Files - Motorola Droid 2 (A955)
Let me know how this works for you!
