My droid 2 is running by itself..makes calls,plays music, can't even make a call anymore. The touch screen goes crazy. While I was doing a factory reset it called verizon help desk while programming the phone. The lady on the other end told me she couldnt hang up on me told me to take out my battery to disconnect with her. It was still programming when I did this and now my phone is worse then it ever was. I can't even use it anymore. I have had it for 1 year and four months. Didnt get the insurance. so I have been paying 70$ a month for 16 months is 1,120.00 for a phone I can no longer use. It wasnt droped, never has been wet. Verizon won't help me at all. Thanks so much you guys. I've been on a family plan with 5 numbers for over 10 years. We have paid a ton of money. Is there anything I can do?
