Droid 2 problems, warrantied still, need replacement

OK, so I don't have a way to call Verizon at the moment, because I can't use the cell that I am calling about, and don't have a home number. I have until the end of the month on warranty left, and these refurbished warranty phones are **bleep**, and this one is horrible, so I need to contact a rep and have it replaced by warranty again before it runs out and I am stuck with it!

Your best bet is to stop in a corporate Verizon store. Or can you find another phone to use to call customer service, maybe at work or by asking a friend? Or you can use this site to contact someone (use Contact Us), but time is of the essence in your case, so I would try the first two suggestions.

May I ask what issues are you having with your phone? I would be happy to reach out to you to see if we can resolve your issues. Usually we recommend that you call us on another phone other than the device at hand but this is clearly a timed sensitive matter. It is not solved, yet it says solved.. warranty runs out Monday, phone is messed up, and I sent you a PM back...
