Droid 2 screen going crazy

I have the Droid 2. the screen sometimes moved like something is touching it but I am not doing anything. Its like its going on its own. Ive took the protective cover off and it still does it. even cleaned it very well. Sometimes it will work for a few mins or sometimes hours only to go right back to doing the same thing. Is anything else having these problems? Is the best thing to do just to get a new phone?

What applications are running on the device? Some of these symptoms you are describing could be application related. See if it your device happens when its in safe mode. To start safe mode power off device. Hold the "OK" button on the keyboard down and power up the phone. It will say "SAFE MODE" in the lower right corner of the screen. If it doesn't happen in safe mode you may need to master reset device.

mine does the same thing and then some. I can't answer it or do anything with the screen. This is my 3rd droid2 what a piece of crap! Very unhappy with verizon!!!

my droid has started taking me out of the window I'm in and bringing up things that I have looked up in the past in it's place, all by itself. Also when I turn it on, if I hit the volume button to turn it down, it locks me out of the phone, i get messages that say fastbook and it won't let me do anything with the phone. Can anyone explain what fastbook is? This is my first smartphone and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it is the phone. Not real happy with this droid. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My new Droid X2 will not hold a charge, every 24 hours it goes dead and I have to recharge. I have it set on battery saver, and I keep my phone turned off for approximately 6 hours each day and still it won't hold a charge. Anyone else having this problem, any suggestions to improve service?
