Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to turn off my "connection" to the internet or if I am constantly connected and my usage is constantly running or if it's only when I search the net or use a fb app or somthing? thanks for any help!

I haven't tried it, but look in the android market for a 3G data widget like this:

You can set up the data to stop it from syncing during nighttime hours too. I generally leave my wifi on even though I'm on an unlimited planand but with the D3 it kills my battery so I don't use wifi as much.
Hello community members! Great suggestions for disabling data to your handset! I've also got a way for you to disable data, c2c_mee! From the main screen of the phone, go to: Menu > Settings > Battery & data manager > Data delivery > uncheck Data enabled.
