Droid 4 -- Jelly Bean Update = Speaker Only, No Headphones

Since accepting the Jelly Bean update, my Droid 4 has been malfunctioning. The phone only plays sound from the speakers. No sound comes from through the headphones.

Soft reset? Check. @home and @Verizon Store.

Hard reset? Check. @home and @Verizon Store.

Delete/Re-install Apps? Check.

Download headphone apps? Check. At least 3 different ones for managing multi-button headphones, even though that's not my main concern.

Test Headphones? Check. Headphones work fine in PC and in other phones.

Test Bluetooth sound from Phone? Check. Phone played music just fine on Jambox at a Verizon store.

Still nothing from through the headphones.

I'm assuming you ensured that the headphones were completely plugged into the phone?

Try cleaning out the headset jack You also might want to try a system cache clear.
