Droid Charge update

Verizonwireless has posted an update for the droid charge it is 2 PDF doc. Is this the gingerbread update or just verizon phone update?

All I am seeing is the PDF for EE4, not gingerbread.

Thanks all< but I found out what is was: EE4 update and I already have it on my phone.
