Droid Clicks loudly when auto focus is activated

Hi,

Pretty sure this is a hardware issue as the autofocus should never click, I have never seen any camera on a phone click,

that loudly when it focuses.  The cameras used in these phones are not specially made for each new phone and the one used in the droid is the same as other 5mp sensors on other phones.

needless to say it also never gets the green bars for the auto focus.

Is anyone else hearing the clicking when the camera focuses?

I don't know if I'd say mine "clicks". but I can hear what sounds like a motor moving the lens in & out repeatedly, especially when trying to use ShopSavvy to scan barcodes.
