My phone is completely dead and I would like to retrieve the data from it (pictures, text messages, etc.). The light goes on when I plug it in but the screen is dead and nothing responds. When I plug it into computer through usb, it won't allow me to open files or do anything. I tried removing the sim card and plugging it directly into the computer via an adapter but still nothing. Is there a driver or software I can use to extract data from the sim card directly????
The SD card is user removable and readable. You can't read the SIM card.
