I got the phone on 11/15/11 and 2 times I had a problem with it saying "sorry!" "The application Google Services Framework(process com.google.process.gapps) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." what does it mean. It also happens where it says other things too. How do I get it to stop saying it and let me know what it means. Thanks
Do you have a number of apps installed because it sounds like sometjing has modified the devices systems files enough to cause them to crash... Not all developers access the files the same and sometimes this happens.... Try going into safe mode by following instruction at http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=31062..
If Safe Mode works then I suggest you uninstalling apps one at a time until you figure out the bad app..
If all fales you can Hard reset also which will wipe everything and restore stock out of box state...

Thank you wildman for taking the time to help out. I appreciate your assistance and suggestions.
@seanistheman7,
As wildman mentioned the error message you are receiving may be due to a third party application that was downloaded to the phone. Have you tried the suggestion wildman provided? If not, place the phone in Safe Mode. If you stop getting the error message then the issue is being caused by an application download. You would then need to take the phone off Safe Mode and remove one application at a time.
Post back if this does not help and I'll be more then happy to further assist you.
I am currently having the same problem. I am receiving the same message. I can not figure out how to try the suggestions, like putting it into safe mode. Help please...
