Droid Incredible Loudspeaker blown out

had this phone for a month. put a call on loudspeaker and it sounded very distorted and crackly. earpiece is fine; just the loudspeaker. was fine when i bought it; not so much now.

may i return it to the store for a new phone ? free of charge ?

also, with the incredible 2 available tomorrow (4.28) could I exchange for that ?

Do you have a Droid Eris (your profile) or a Droid Incredible (the forum you posted in)?

The return policy and exchange period is 14 days.

you can get a cerified refurbished one if you've had it for more than 14 days. they don't even sell new inc's anymore (at verizon) and they will not give you a new device of another type. they will however, replace your current used on with a "like new" one under the one year warranty.
