When I click "install" it just sits there. When I click "install later" it also just sits there. Eventually I had to close out of it. Then, when I go to settings -> about phone -> system update, it says my system is up to date. But the OTA update definitely did not install.

I never got the update notification. I am still sitting with 605.0.
