Droid Incredible - not as Incredible that I thought it would be

I just received this device last Thursday. Problems I have encountered the last three days:

1.  Battery only last less than 3 hours

I didn't make any phone calls, just did online for 15 minutes. The phone was on the stand by mode. The next 3 hours, the phone said that i only have 10% battery life.

2. Am not able to send video, all of the emails containing video was stuck on my "Outbin"

I'm not able to received emails containing video as well. My sister who has an I-Phone 4G tried to send me an email with video. When I checked from my PC, her email was there. But when i tried to look from Droid, the email in not in my Inbox. Talk to the Technical Service of Verizon store, they told me that was because from different provider. So I send one to my own email, but I still don't have the email. P.S. The resolution of the camcorder has been changed to the lowest one which make the whole thing looks kind of blurry, the email still won't send over.

3. Call dropped when I got on an elevator.

My old phone at least still did the function the last time I used it. I paid more as I expect to get more. Apparently this phone doesn't do the job.

4. No more connection in the Philadelphia subways//suburban station.

I just learned today that AT&T just paid Septa $5,000,000 to block connection services from other providers. AT&T is currently the only wireless carrier providing coverage underground along the Broad Street and Market-Frankford lines. This is not good for a commuter like me who has to take the subway (in Philadelphia) every day.  Whenever there are problems with the subways not running, I won't be able to get in touch with my family anymore from the suburban station.

5. Since I got this phone, I've been to the Verizon stores twice. This is not counting stayed on the phone, being on hold, for more than 5 hours total with Verizon Customer Services and their Technical Support. The funny part is the line for Technical Service is really long while the line for Sales Service is so short (you can go ahead and try to observe it yourself). For 50 minutes hours waiting time, I overheard a lot of complaints regarding this phone: Droid Incredible! I walked out the store with a big question on my mind: "SHOULD I KEEP THIS PHONE AND THE PROVIDER????"

that blows, but the email thing has got to be with your settings or something? i have no problems in this area. the battery you got is bunk. sure, these batteries don't last long....but 3 hours isn't right. i'd demand a replacement because that is a bad battery. you can't blame the subway thing on vzn or the phone if at&t did that....but that doesn't even sound legal???? sorry you're havin problems. i've had none. but i've never tried to use it in an elevator either or subway?

Charge it the way they tell you to. if you have then get another battery from VZW or order a 1750maH to get even better battery life

check your settings. gotta be a operator error

use the stairs. it's better for you anyways. i have never had a smartphone that got service in a elevator due to the metal and other interfering items that make a elevator safe.

get a iphone and switch to at&t. you will get service in the Subway but u will get less than good service everywhere else(but u can make calls from underground)

Should u keep it. once u get a battery that works and ur email settings fixed then yes. but if you don't want to be patient to get the stuff done then it is easier to jump ship and goto a worse carrier. If you switch to AT&T i expect you will be back to VZ or switching to another carrier in less than 6months

The video may not had been on the Droid for many reasons. The most likely, the file is too large. However other reasons are:

You mnetioned you saw the file on your PC. This would delete the file off the server so the Droid would not find it.

Also how often is your phone checking for mail?
