Since the day I purchased phone, freezes, white screens, drops calls and barely able to answer incoming calls. Touch screen on front is the worst ever! A few days ago I had, had enough, called verizon and after an hour of the technician trying everything to help me, no hope. He immediately mailed me out another one. I received it this morning at 9:30, took all day to sync. NOW, the front screen flips back and forth out of control thru homepages, aps fly up and down, does not stop. And the front screen is the same. Have to turn power on and off to make it stop. Maybe it is still flipping out without power? I signed my first contract in five years and this is what I get. I have never been sooooo angry in my life. EVERY ONE of these phones needs to be RECALLED. Upgraded to better phone. I have just begun this mission, I will not stop until I see results. For the money we spend on phones and service each and every month, we deserve to be happy. It is the responsibility of Verizon to ensure quality products. You cannot tell me that no one at Verizon knew about the Incredible. There are 68 full pages of complaints in this forum alone. Let's band together and get rid of this phone. This letter, many others to follow, will be sent to everyone in management at Verizon. Until I get the President... My voice will be heard around the world...

Gotta tell ya, the majority on here like their Incredible. Just because a subject may have 68 pages does not mean all the posts are negative.
Now, to try to help, when you got the 2nd phone what apps did you add??? Many have found out when each of their replacements have issues, it is an app issue.
