Droid appears to be a great phone, but it is not a global phone. Why is that? Is there any plan to produce a global droid? I travel enough overseas to need a global phone. It makes no sense to build a phone that is not global when the phone it is targeting is a global phone. It may be the one reason for me not to select the droid.
My guess is the Droid isn't global because they wanted to keep the cost down. Maybe of the next two Android devices coming out this winter one will be global. Who knows?
