So I ordered my Droid HTC Incredible the 5th of July. They told me it would be a week to a month before I received my phone in the mail. I have not received it yet and it is July 20th. I went to the nearest Verizon Wireless Store to see if they could track my phone. It could not be done. I wait five more days, and still no phone in the mail. So today I called C.S. to see if they could track my phone.. I guess it hasn't even been shipped yet.. How is this possible. I mean seriously how can is it possible there is a shortage of these phones? I gave them my money and I want my **bleep** phone. I am highly disappointed with their costumer service. It is terrible and I don't know how it takes a month to ship a **bleep** phone. Terrible! I think this will seriously make me switch phone providers if I am not compensated for my wait or get my phone. I guess the Droid X is already on back order and it just came out? The company didn't see that one coming? Come on!
