Droid Ultra Wifi Problems

I received a replacement phone from verizon the other day. Now the replacement phone's wifi refuses to turn on. It won't set up with it. I have tried switching it on and it will immediately turn off in seconds. Is there any way to fix this or do I have to have verizon send me another replacement?Droid

Something I'm sure you can fix.... I would recommend clearing your cache partition and then doing an alternate factory reset on the phone even though, I know it should be problem free.

What is the current software version on the device? Go to settings>about phone>software/build version. Do receive an error message when the Wi-fi turns off?
