My droid has been acting up lately and i was wondering if i can trade it on the warranty for a Blackberry Bold
Devices that are still within the 1 year manufacturers warranty, maybe replaced if there is a manufactures defect that causes operational issues with the device. The replacement device is usually a replacement device of the same model. Warranty exchanges would not allow a replacement device of a completely different model.
